June 24th, 2023 - Email Deliverability IssuesEmail deliverability issues may have impacted users' ability to receive MFA codes via email during login. It is advise users check their spam folders and whitelist the sender support@heartbeatrm.com to ensure codes are received.
June 13th, 2023 - AWS Cloud Provider Issues ReportedAmazon Web Services' N. Virginia region was reporting issues. This affected some of our users on the East coast United States and Canada. Traffic was re-routed to our alternate regions until AWS resolved their service outage.
May 23rd, 2022 - MaintenanceInfrastructure and security upgrades completed. All services operating as expected.
Dec 7th, 2021 - AWS Cloud Provider Issues ReportedDue to "increased error rates" in Amazon Web Service's N. Virginia region, some users had difficulty communicating with and connecting to remote devices in HeartbeatRM on the east coast. To remedy the issue, we re-routed traffic around this region to improve service to affected users and devices, until AWS resolved all issues in the region.

Mar 2nd, 2020 - HeartbeatRM Agent GatewaysA number of agents failed to properly update their connection status causing these agents to appear offline when they were not. Users were still able to access these agents and perform normal functions after entering the agent details page.
Feb 8th, 2020 - HeartbeatRM Agent GatewaysHigh number of disconnect events in US Eastern load balancers. Traffic was re-routed to alternate regions until issue could be resolved. Users may have seen multiple machines connecting/disconnecting during this event.
